They're usually ceapehr but also realllly cheesy (IMO) and think of all the thousands of people with that same tattoo.If it's custom they will usually charge for the time it takes, where and the difficulty, and perhaps color.The bigger it is they'll charge per hour and the rate per hour will increase or decrease depending on how detailed it is or where you want it. For instance, a foot tattoo would probably cost more than the same thing on your back.
