im sure you cant tattoo over it with a nude color, its black. and idk about the crmeas. from what i have heard about lazer removal is that black is one of the easiest colors to remove, its pricey, and will take a period of time think monthssss. be weary of crmeas, because idk what kind of scarring you could end up with. i have seen too many horror stories about women trying "at home" plastic surgery, and skin lightening, so be careful, and i really don think that the crmeas work, my friend spent lots of money on those, and it didnt work. If you really want it gone then id say do the lazer, but its more painful then the tat, and much more expensive.
